The hilly air of our territory is particularly well suited to honey production, thanks to the abundance of meadows and trees with a wide variety of blossoms, such as chestnut, acacia, and wild plum. The main types of honey are:

• Wildflower honey (Millefiori), the most widely produced variety;
• Chestnut honey, liquid, dark amber in color, with a slightly bitter aftertaste;
• Acacia honey, delicate in flavor and light in color;
• Linden honey, ranging in color from pale yellow to amber, with a slightly minty aroma;
• Alfalfa honey, pale amber in color and tending to crystallize;
• Sunflower honey, very delicate in taste and golden yellow in color;
• Fir honeydew honey, with resinous notes, hints of caramelized sugar and balsamic aromas, and a very dark color
