Inaugurated in 2024 by Ravenna Festival in support of the areas affected by the floods, this year’s Romagna in Fiore festival will see Bertinoro take center stage for its final date, with the concert by 𝗭𝗲́ 𝗜𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮 taking place on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟮𝟰 𝗠𝗮𝘆 at Giardini della Rocca.

An event that Bertinoro is proud to host in the year of the 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹’𝗢𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮̀ (Hospitality Festival).

A thirty-year-old singer-songwriter and one of the most closely watched figures on today’s Brazilian music scene, Zé Ibarra is among the most convincing heirs to the vibrant Brazilian musical wave of the early 1970s, the era of Caetano Veloso and Milton Nascimento, when bold psychedelia and the rhythmic continuum of funk naturally infused the most refined expressions of música popular brasileira.

His songs, subtly sunlit, gently caress the sweetest forms of melancholy within us, blending pop delights, heartfelt ballads, and samba-soul levitations, destined to truly take flight in the suspended landscape between sky and earth of the Rocca di Bertinoro, where history meets the sunset every evening. Just as has always happened in the finest music from Brazil.

The festival is organized by Ravenna Festival with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, in collaboration with ATER Foundation, the Province of Ravenna, the Province of Forlì-Cesena, and the municipalities of the participating locations.
