On the occasion of World Earth Day, the Municipality of Bertinoro is organizing a day of outdoor activities—an opportunity to discover the local area while respecting the nature that surrounds us. Among the planned initiatives:

09:00 | Piazza della Libertà

Breakfast under the Loggias | Organized in collaboration with Pro Loco Bertinoro, where you can enjoy a rich breakfast with traditional sweets prepared by the Romagna “azdore” (local home cooks). Free donation event.

10:00 | Piazza della Libertà

Guided tour and presentation of Bertinoro trekking routes | The tour is free and will include the square, the Cathedral, and the former Jewish quarter. Trekking routes starting from the historic center will also be presented.

15:00 | Giardino dei Popoli

“Green Treasure Hunt” | Activity for boys and girls, organized by Potter APS. Free event.

16:30 | Rocca Arena

Zero-waste fashion show | Organized by Casa Emmanuel, with talks focused on “zero waste” practices, including in the kitchen.

Throughout the day:

• From 15:00 to 18:00: Refreshment stand at Giardino dei Popoli with the II Molino Civil Protection Association of Bertinoro, which coordinated the 2026 garden clean-up efforts.

• From 09:00 to 12:30: The Town Hall will be open for the exhibition “Works of Art for Mother Earth”, featuring creations by students of the Bertinoro Comprehensive Institute together with Volontaria Onlus. From April 18 to 26, the exhibition will be open during municipal office hours.
