La Via del Colle is a family business which produces fine honey, preserves, wine and truffles. All production stages are overseen in person by the family, who bring passion and commitment to their work, helping to promote their local area through an absolute focus on product quality.
Babbi, a world of sweetness and goodness, is located in the heart of the Romagna region. It has two different product lines: Ice-Cream Ingredients and Confectionery Specialities featuring wafers and chocolate, such as its Viennesi. Babbi’s secret is the use of choice quality raw materials, meticulous traditional production and the passion the company has brought to its business since 1952.
Campo del Sole
All the wine-making tradition of the Bertinoro area, a gentle, generous land, is expressed in the Campodelsole wines. The estate has 75 hectares of land and a staff of oenologists, agronomists and winemakers to guarantee the quality of the raw material. The very low level of stress suffered by the grapes and wine-making by gravity complete the excellence of the grape processing procedures in use at Campodelsole.

It is possible to buy typical wines of this area like red wines or Albana and taste them in a nice room vith a beautiful view.
The history of the Caseificio Mambelli cheese dairy is a three cheesemaker generations' story, the story of a family who devoted themselves with passion and skills to the cheese-making activity. Today, more than thirty years later, Caseificio Mambelli produces a wide range of high-quality cheese types among which Squacquerone di Romagna DOP.
Our estate’s philosophy has been based on constant striving for quality and distinctive local character in the wines produced since 1965. The Celli Winery is an example of generational continuity in the Bertinoro wine-making tradition.
Founded in 1960, this business is located at the foot of Bertinoro hill, in Fratta Terme. 16 hectars of vineyards cultivated with modern technology. It produces all DOC and DOCG local wines.
Fattoria Ca' Rossa

A historic estate, winery and agriturismo that has belonged to the Pezzi family since 1853. The first winery to have produced a Sangiovese Riserva, the “Vigna delle Lepri”, it was also responsible for the rediscovery of native grape varieties such as Pagadebit and “Barbarossa”, an exclusive of which the estate is particularly proud.
The estate produces wines including dry, sweet and straw Albana, blends such as Mito (cabernet, merlot and syrah) and Strabismo di Venere. It produces 300,000 bottles a year and cru wines of international fame presented with packaging styled by great artists, including Nobel laureate Dario Fo.

Podere Baratta, di Satta Girolamo
The estate stands on the Monte della Baratta hill near the “Cipresso di Francesca” (Francesca’s cypress”) described by the poet Carducci. The hill is like a terrace overlooking the sea, creating and excellent microclimate for growing grapes. The winery has a longstanding commitment to making wine in accordance with the Bertinoro tradition with the aid of modern technologies.
Podere Carlo Fantini
The Podere Carlo Fantini farm stands in the Rio Ausa valley. Farmers for generations, the family cultivates grapes and olives in this valley which winds its way between medieval hamlets and centuries-old spas, because the food produced in the fields is part of their own culture, identity, and land.
The high quality of the wines produced by this family run business, shows the passion for their job.
Open every day, Sunday morning included. It is possible to organise wine tasting - together with local cold cuts and cheese – for up to 150 people.
Soc. Agr. Bertozzi
Cattle farm with different kinds of breed among which the Mora Romagnola type – which obtained the IGP mention – fed with fresh forage and corn produced within the farm. It is possible to buy different kinds of meat and cold cuts and to visit the farm.
Specialised in making choice quality wines, in the organisation of tasting events and in retail and wholesale sales, also offering accommodation in new, independent buildings amongst the estate’s vineyards, and the availability of literature, wine and/or cookery courses, also for foreigners.
